If you're a cat parent like we are, you always try to remember to look up if a plant is non-toxic to cats before buying. Sometimes, we forget. And we either try to return it or put it in a spot we pray our furballs can't reach, like in our "Double Decker Wall Planter", or up high on a bookshelf, for safe measure.

Here is your new go-to list of common indoor plants that are safe for cats that you can find at most plant stores. We also included photos of these plants to make it easy to see what the heck we're talking about.

Whether you're new to owning plants, cat parenthood, or both, it's important to be aware of what you've got growing in your plant collection and how to best care for all of the furry friends who might also be in your space.

If any of these plants suit your fancy, we've got plenty of planters to go right along with them. And if your kitty needs some extra love, check out our little "Oasis Cat Box", which is totally non-toxic, along with the super cute "Cats & Plant's" Sticker Pack.

For your convenience, these are listed in alphabetical order.
